Recipe for Affirmation Soup

Ingredients

- Tea, water, or beverage of your choice

- Affirmation(s)

- Intention

Directions

1. Make your favorite tea; herbal or otherwise. You can also use plain water. Any drink will do, really.

2. Choose your affirmations. I will provide some examples down below. In my experience, however, repeating the same ones for a few weeks tends to have the best effects.

3. Set your intention. While you can certainly have multiple intentions, focusing on one thing makes for more potent soup. For example, if your affirmations are “I am healthy. My body is healing. I am releasing excess weight.” Your intention is healing your body.

4. Whisper the affirmations into your cup into the liquid. Imagine the words imbuing your drink with your intention. After your affirmations, say thank you.

5. Take a drink. Imagine the affirmation soup flooding your system. Imagine yourself embodying and aligning to the affirmations.

Examples of Affirmations

- I am healing/healthy/healed

- I am well

- I am safe

- I love myself

- I trust myself

- I am nourished

- I am satisfied and free

- I release all that no longer serves me

- I accept myself as I am

- I love my life

- I am abundant

- All is well

Tips

- You can also write your affirmations on a piece of paper and tape them to your water bottle or cup
